Otium-terrae

Hi, this year I am going to be doing my Advanced Higher art design folio on the theme "Steampunk". The outcome is to make an item(s) of clothing fitting to this theme. I chose steampunk myself as it is rather interesting to me. The first step of my design folio is to draw some insects or animals that will inspire me for my final outcome, ie shape, form ect. I have already drawn a millipede for this, using the sections of its exoskeleton as my inspiration towards my final outcome. However I need more animals/insects to draw, any ideas? Such as armadillos? ect. Thanks ~Angus

I'm finding it hard to inspire myself as a photographer, because of the dull overall pish winter in Scotland. There is sleet Gray skies and nothing but evergreens have nice colour at the moment, so i have decided to ask the wonder full community of deviant art for something inspirationalto inspire me of something to photograph:D thankz in advance xD
